Tutor Volunteer Recruiter
Role Overview: The Tutor Volunteer Recruiter will manage the recruitment of volunteer tutors for The Halifax Helpers. This includes reaching out to potential candidates, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Requirements:
Experience with volunteer recruitment or related fields (optional)
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to collaborate with team members

Basic Responsibilities:
Check email and respond to inquiries from prospective volunteers.
Plan and schedule interviews with potential tutors.

Collaborate with team members on recruitment strategies.
Time Commitment:
2-3 hours per week: This includes answering emails, scheduling and conducting interviews, and maintaining records.
