Join CCS as ourBusiness Analysis Internfrom January to April 2025 (with the possibility of extension) and help us amplify our mission by leading an exciting Search Engine Optimization (SEO) project!
This role is designed to fit into your busy schedule, requiring a maximum time commitment of 5 hours per week. You'll work alongside a contracted SEO vendor to boost the visibility of our websites and bring our message of human dignity and gender equity to more people than ever. Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business goals and objectives related to SEO.
Document the key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for the project.
Stakeholder Communication
Act as a liaison between the contracted SEO company and internal stakeholders.
Ensure clear and consistent communication about project progress, expectations, and deliverables.
Process Documentation
Map current digital marketing workflows and document how SEO processes will integrate.
Identify gaps or areas for improvement in existing workflows.
Data Analysis
Work with stakeholders to provide relevant data, such as website traffic, keywords, and user demographics, to the contracted SEO team.
Analyze performance metrics provided by the SEO company to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Project Coordination
Assist in creating a project timeline with milestones and deadlines for SEO deliverables.
Monitor progress and escalate any delays or issues to stakeholders.
Facilitating Collaboration
Organize meetings between internal teams (e.g., marketing, IT) and the SEO company to ensure technical and strategic alignment.
Coordinate with IT for website updates, such as metadata changes, site structure optimization, or implementing analytics tools.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain documentation of all project-related activities, including meeting notes, deliverable statuses, and decisions made.
Prepare regular reports for stakeholders summarizing SEO project progress and outcomes.
Testing and Validation
Assist in testing SEO changes (e.g., verifying new keywords, content updates, or page load times).
Ensure changes meet business goals before they are finalized and deployed.
Training and Knowledge Transfer
Help facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions with internal teams about maintaining and monitoring SEO efforts post-project.
Document lessons learned to improve future projects.
Post-Implementation Review
Evaluate the outcomes of the SEO implementation against KPIs.
Gather feedback from stakeholders to identify areas for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Business Analysis, IT, or Marketing program.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools is an asset.
Interest in digital marketing, SEO, or non-profit work is preferred.
