Profile
The Personnel Committee Chair requires a strong understanding of human resources principles, sound judgment, and a commitment to ethical and legal compliance. This position is similar to a HR professional.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting and/or revising personnel policies for board approval,
Reviewing job descriptions,
Establishing a salary structure, and
Annually reviewing staff salaries
Act as a grievance board committee for employee complaints.
