Why Volunteer With Us?

The MPCPC is a volunteer-led, non-profit organization.

By volunteering with us, you’ll gain valuable, hands-on experience in community safety and social services. You’ll also receive training from MPCPC staff and partner organizations such as the Vancouver Police Department and ICBC. Volunteers have opportunities for leadership development and can build a strong foundation for future careers in law enforcement, social work, or community services.

We're looking for people who are passionate about helping others and making a difference, curious, open-minded, and eager to learn. You should be comfortable talking to people from diverse backgrounds and be team-oriented, respectful, and community-focused.

You don’t need previous experience—we provide all training. Whether you're a student, job-seeker, newcomer, or someone with time and heart to give, we’d love to hear from you.
