Board Member — Fundraising & Resource Development (Volunteer)

🎯 Position Purpose

The Board Member for fundraising supports the foundation’s financial sustainability by leading fundraising strategy, donor relationship development, and corporate partnership initiatives to support early childhood inclusive education programs.

📌 Key Responsibilities

💰 Fundraising Leadership

• Develop and oversee fundraising strategies and campaigns

• Identify new donor opportunities locally and internationally

• Support major gift and corporate sponsorship outreach

🤝 Donor & Partner Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with individual donors and corporate partners

• Represent the foundation in networking and community events

• Support stewardship and donor recognition programs

📊 Strategy & Governance Support

• Participate in fundraising planning meetings

• Provide strategic advice on revenue diversification

• Support grant and foundation funding initiatives

📢 Advocacy & Brand Representation

• Promote the foundation’s mission and programs

• Support social media and public awareness initiatives

• Speak at community and donor events when needed

🧠 Qualifications (Preferred)

• Experience in fundraising, business development, or nonprofit leadership

• Strong professional network connections

• Knowledge of corporate CSR or philanthropic giving strategies

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Monthly board meetings

• Additional fundraising campaign planning sessions

• Event participation as required
