Volunteer Posting 2509

Committee Members
Stardale Women's Group
Alberta
flexible / as needed
closes in 164 days (Fri, 30 Oct)

For over 30 years, Stardale has created space for Indigenous girls and young women to share their voices, stories, and experiences.

That work is now being carried forward through the development of an online curriculum, built from decades of programming and lived experience, and designed to be shared more broadly with communities.

As the organization moves into a new chapter, we’re forming a small volunteer committee to help support this next phase.

The work will focus on:

  • Reaching out to schools, organizations, and community groups
  • Helping secure speaking and presentation opportunities
  • Supporting awareness and use of Stardale’s curriculum

This is a hands-on, collaborative group that will meet periodically and support outreach between meetings.

We’re looking for a few people who can help open doors, build connections, and actively support and advocate for this work.

If you’re interested, we’d be glad to connect and share more.
