About B Local Ontario:

B Local Ontario is a community of Certified B Corporations across Ontario, united by a shared belief in using business as a force of good. We foster meaningful connections among purpose-driven organizations and individuals working toward positive social, economic and environmental impact.

Through collaboration, education and advocacy, we support both aspiring and existing B Corps with certification guidance, create opportunities for growth, and champion initiatives that help build a better, more inclusive economy.

Since incorporating as a not-for-profit in May 2023, B Local Ontario has continued to grow as a hub for changemakers across the province.

How to Get Involved: Join one of B Local Ontario’s Committees

Be part of a team driving real change across Ontario. Volunteers support initiatives like Fair Compensation for Use of Municipal Land by gathering signatures, engaging B Corps, and advancing policy conversations that benefit communities and the environment.

Ideal for: Individuals interested in policy, community organizing, and impact-driven advocacy.

Events Committee:

Help bring the B Corp community together through engaging and inspiring events. From planning programming and coordinating logistics to securing sponsors and supporting promotion, this team plays a key role in building connections.

Ideal for: Organized, people-oriented individuals who enjoy event planning and collaboration.

Marketing Committee:

Share the stories and impact of the B Corp community. Work on newsletters, social media campaigns, and member spotlights while keeping the community informed about key updates and opportunities.

Ideal for: Creative communicators with an interest in marketing, storytelling, and digital engagement.
